At ShotTracker, we’re building technology that helps teams, coaches, broadcasters, and fans understand the game in ways that were never possible before. Our products combine real-time data, video, AI, and analytics to power better decisions on and off the court.

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can turn those stories into content people actually want to read, watch, and share. This is a highly visible role where you’ll own content execution across multiple channels while working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.

Our environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and often unpredictable. Priorities shift, new opportunities emerge, and multiple projects move simultaneously. Success in this role requires strong ownership, proactive communication, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

This is not a role where work arrives neatly organized one project at a time. Success requires the ability to assess priorities, make progress independently, and confidently navigate competing demands without constant direction.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll help bring the ShotTracker story to life through:
  • Blog articles, thought leadership content, and customer success stories
  • Product marketing and launch content
  • Social media content across multiple platforms
  • Email campaigns and nurture content
  • Website updates and landing page content
  • Sales enablement materials and presentations
  • Video scripts, webinar content, and product education resources

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure our content is timely, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Experience successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with SEO and content performance metrics
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Bonus points for experience in sports, sports technology, SaaS, or basketball-related environments.

Location

This full-time role is based in the Kansas City metropolitan area and works primarily from our headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas.
