MARKETING OPS & EVENTS COORDINATOR

 ROLE OVERVIEW 

The Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator plays a key hands-on role in bringing ShotTracker’s brand, campaigns, and events to life. This is an execution-driven position perfect for someone early in their marketing career who loves organization, logistics, and making things happen behind the scenes. 

In this role, you’ll support our marketing engine by scheduling campaigns, maintaining clean systems, coordinating events, and ensuring that content, assets, and deadlines are executed smoothly from idea to completion. You’ll also help power our presence at key conferences and industry events by handling logistics, shipping, travel, and on-site coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES 

● Build and schedule weekly marketing emails, newsletters, and nurture sequences, ensuring clean formatting, accurate segmentation, and on-time delivery. 

● Create, upload, format, and publish marketing content (blogs, videos, product updates) across marketing platforms and tools. 

● Maintain and organize clean, segmented email lists, monitor campaign performance, and share quick-turn insights with the team. 

● Coordinate logistics for company events, trade shows/conferences, and partner activations, including travel, hotel bookings, booth setup, vendor communication, and swag coordination. 

● Manage shipping, packing lists, inventory, and event materials to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after every event. 

● Support attendee list creation, registration, and pre-event communication, and compile attendee and lead data for Sales and Customer Success after each event. 

● Maintain the marketing content calendar, track deadlines, and follow up with team members to keep deliverables on schedule. 

● Schedule social posts and ensure alignment with brand voice, campaign timing, and company initiatives. 

● Collaborate with Sales on enablement materials, presentations, and content needs for pitches, demos, and customer conversations. 

● Track project progress, approvals, asset completions, and campaign readiness across Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams. 

● Provide general marketing operations support, including CRM coordination, campaign setup, light reporting, and administrative support for the Director of Marketing. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

● 1–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, events coordination, or a similar execution-focused role. 

● Experience building or scheduling email campaigns (Zoho Campaigns, Beehive, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). 

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, and competing priorities. 

● Comfortable working events, supporting logistics, and handling on-site coordination as needed—including occasional travel. 

● Strong familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Docs, Slides) and the ability to track data and maintain organized spreadsheets. 

● Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 

● A proactive doer mindset—comfortable following processes, managing tasks, and stepping in where needed. 

● Bonus: Experience in sports, tech, or events-heavy environments.
