Annual Subscription. Subscriber enters into a three (3) year term with automatic annual renewal. Annual subscription fee of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) will be charged annually on the anniversary date of service activation.

Subscription Benefits. The subscription includes: (a) Credentials for authorized use of ShotTracker Pulse app for tech on the bench capability for Subscriber’s basketball team with unlimited game analysis for Subscriber’s basketball team; (b) online training and technical support; and (c) use of Equipment for the duration of the active subscription period.

App Access and Credentials. Subscriber will receive login credentials for the ShotTracker Pulse app after payment confirmation and receipt of funds. The downloadable app provides tech on the bench functionality for real-time game management and analysis. 

Equipment Provision and Shipping. Subscriber’s annual subscription includes the lease of video encoder equipment (“Equipment”) provided by Company. SDI/HDMI, AC and Ethernet cables required. Equipment will ship after payment confirmation and receipt of funds. 

Payment Terms. (a) Non-Refundable Fee. Annual subscription fees are non-refundable once service is activated. (b) Late Payment Penalty. Late payments are subject to a monthly service charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the outstanding balance.

Equipment Return Obligation. Upon termination, cancellation, or non-renewal of subscription for any reason, Subscriber shall promptly return all Equipment to Company in undamaged condition.

Return Requirements. Subscriber is solely responsible for: (a) packaging Equipment securely to prevent damage during transit; (b) all shipping costs and insurance for return delivery; and (c) ensuring Equipment is received by Company within thirty (30) days of subscription termination.

Damage Liability. Subscriber shall be liable for repair or replacement costs for any Equipment returned in damaged condition, lost during return shipment, or not returned within the specified timeframe.
